The street and the sidewalk must absolutely not drain into your property. That is also planned that way. Your house will surely be built up to the building boundary. ergo max. a strip of 3 m? You can easily manage that, even if the house is lower than the street.

That is not naive. Rather easy to understand. With a roof pitch of 40 degrees, you can very well install windows in the gables and/or consider double casement windows, dormers, or bay windows. However, I haven't read the development plan. That is your area of expertise.

In the development plan, I had 1 m knee wall and then managed 1.60 m in a bay window. The difference is considerable with a 45-degree roof pitch.

However, I have not read the development plan. That is your specialty. I had 1 m knee wall in the development plan and then managed 1.60 m in a bay window. The difference is considerable with a roof pitch of 45 degrees.
