"There is no 'one-stop shop' here, the Hölzer and the Steiner* come from two different worlds. That is why one has to wait until the coarse motor skills guy is finished and his tolerances are evaluated before the precision worker can measure. A staircase with drawers already involves two trades (staircase as carpentry work, drawers as joinery/cabinetmaking work), together with the Maurerkram* this would form a magic triangle
*) I see this here – with timber frame prefab builder instead of masonry general contractor – basically still not much different in effect
