That's cool, our upper floor looks almost identical, only the dimensions are a bit different and instead of a dressing room, it's an office with 9m².

Usually, a wall cabinet 120cm wide in the hallway is enough for the washing machine and dryer, with a worktop on top for the laundry basket/stack, and a wall cabinet above that. Ok, everything should already be planned in the shell construction because of water/exhaust.

I also have an old version for that, but it’s already 150 sqm .. and this time the washing machine can run at night ;9 ... and there’s even a fairly hidden toilet.
