Spare part for Ikea Faktum kitchen urgently needed

Hi!

I am nearly at my wit's end. Three years ago, we bought a house with a built-in kitchen. Unfortunately, the front panel of one of the drawers has broken off. During a visit to Ikea, it turned out to be a Faktum kitchen. Since the front and the drawer slide are still fine, I basically only need those plastic parts that connect the two. But I just can't find them on the Ikea site (Faktum replacement service).

Does anyone know where I can get this part and what it is called (article number or something similar)?

Hello, this is not a RATIONELL drawer for a FAKTUM kitchen. Do all drawers look exactly the same? Please also take photos of the drawer from the side, the rails without the drawer, and the removed front bracket.

This is not a kitchen from IKEA. The drawers are from Hettich, Quattro full extensions with Innotech sides.
