SSK4 already sounds intense. How high is the additional cost from SSK 3 to SSK 4? In my apartment, there is actually 24 cm KS installed towards the hallway and the neighboring apartment. However, I only had SSK3 installed at the apartment entrance door to have more quietness inside. I initially assumed that should be sufficient?

You are completely disturbed. I would like to have 3 more children... Unlike my childhood (in the apartment block where you could overhear a normal conversation throughout the entire flat), I want to enable my children to also listen to music a bit louder without a child in the next room being disturbed while doing homework. That is a "luxury" I want to offer my children, just like each having their own dressing room and children's bathroom. I also had an SK2 door in the office before... I threw it out after 4 weeks.. SK4 in this case is not overkill, but absolutely necessary with small children. I talk a lot on the phone and exactly then no background noises are needed.
