Solution for the wardrobe

So our carpenter has now finished installing the wardrobe and we are very satisfied with it
Attached is a picture of the new wardrobe (there are more pictures in our construction blog):

Nice job, but my carpenter's eye tells me that I would have built the side panels of the open cabinet flush with the front. But please, that is my opinion.

Maybe made like that because of the door opening?

Nope, definitely not because of the door opening. More like intentional. I don't want to harp on it, it turned out nice anyway.
