First of all: Please, please use commas. It is terribly exhausting to read your sentences.

Then no one here can tell you who you should build with. Everyone will be able to name both good and bad cases with various builders. I can only tell you how we proceeded.
First, we sat down and wrote down what we wanted. Solid construction, bungalow, huge living room, open kitchen, no basement, ... That already ruled out several providers (because prefabricated houses). Then we asked around who had built with whom and visited the providers. Those who wanted to build our dream house at an acceptable price and whom we liked, won. But that was one month of tedious work (and that is quick).

But one can please overlook that if the user is a fellow citizen with a migration background. To recognize or rather to guess that, one does not need to be Holmes.

Alright, I will do my best. One question, evolith, which company did you choose? I hope the comma is correct.

Ypg if you don't like that foreigners live in Germany, tough luck and also respond to your opinion, I would very much prefer to refrain. Because if you really think about it, then tell me how many Germans can or master German spelling? One should not judge too quickly

I don't think it was meant as badly as you ypg are accusing it of just now (by the way, I also don't master comma placement, generally I find German spelling a bit tiring. I think as long as I'm understood, everything is fine)

, I think you misunderstood something there. She just defended you.
The comma is incorrect but it's not a big deal, since you formulated the sentences a bit shorter. That makes it easier to read. But feel free to keep trying to use them. That's the only way to learn.

By the way, we built with Heinz von Heiden, or rather we are currently building. So far we are quite satisfied. Our site manager seems very competent. But I can only tell you how it ultimately goes when we are done with the construction.

: I take the liberty to ask everyone for understandable expression, regardless of whether foreigner, supposed foreigner or native.
