I would rather hit the craftsman who glued the painter's fleece to the floor with duct tape,...

are tiles, so that's not a problem ;) That looks neatly done. There is nothing to criticize.

That's good. If he had aligned himself with the wall, the right angle to the joint pattern of the floor wouldn't be there. That would definitely look worse. Uh, I hope you understand what I mean :)

OK I admit I have a completely different opinion than my predecessors.

The cleaner did a really lousy job and put "bumps" everywhere, even on such short wall sections. As a result, the baseboards no longer sit properly. And in the pictures, it looks like about 1 cm, which is already a big deal!

But no one will probably do any touch-ups because it is extremely time-consuming.

And before you get too upset, unfortunately, it is like that in some places for us too. The only thing that really helps is acrylic...

How do the doors look? Surely there are also gaps that are relatively large. Maybe also check the walls with a 2m straightedge; it remains to be feared that everything is crooked and uneven (you will notice at the latest when you put furniture/lamps on the wall and everything wobbles) :(

Many thanks for your answers.

I also have a photo of the door. They all basically look the same. See attachment. No one will rework it either, I just want to know if I can expect financial compensation for it upon handover and if I can declare this as an official construction defect.

The door frames must not be aligned to the wall. They have to be set exactly level, otherwise the doors will always swing open or shut on you. Therefore, that fits, provided they are level. Acrylic is also suitable.
