So I wouldn't be satisfied with that. You can usually also replace individual floorboards. What does the developer say?

Yes. My father-in-law is a floor installer, so I am with By the time you have finished getting upset, the difference is meaningless. But I also pointed out my subjectivity. Also that others see it differently. For me, it would be almost irrelevant.

Will furniture be placed on this section of parquet? Or will it remain empty? Is the parquet glued down? It would bother me too.

I would be more bothered by the different texture than by the color difference, but I also would not have chosen this parquet. In the laying pattern you immediately see the "3-piece" elements. If wide tongue-and-groove elements are used, then also plank optics.

I neither know the price of the parquet floor nor the contractor. Therefore, I cannot agree with this general statement. Sometimes the client's "too much money" is also "too little money" for a quality solution. There are limits of respect for the respective counterpart in price setting. Whether this is the case here is unknown to me.

In this area there will be a dining table with chairs and the tiled area is the kitchen. And yes, the parquet is glued. I actually don’t want to get into a discussion about whether it’s too expensive or too cheap. Everyone will think differently about that. I will only speak to the developer tomorrow. I wanted to get some information first before I blindly rush into such a conversation.
