hm ... what I wouldn’t really like is that the main terrace is basically right next to the driveway (parking space ;) ) of the neighbor.
Does the garage also have to be inside the building envelope? Does it have to be on the east side? Have you tried variants placing the garage in the west .. at the level of the neighbor’s garage .. or further forward. Of course, that means the house is a bit different.
