I think no one should be forced to have a children's bathroom. It is a luxury that some / nowadays many can afford. We have an 8 sqm "children's bathroom" because the 2 older boys occupy their own floor and there was enough space in the attic. Otherwise, a spacious bathroom (family bathroom) would have sufficed for us as well. Moreover, some of these 3-4 sqm bathrooms can hardly be called anything more than a WC. There is usually no space for drying off, dressing, for teenage cosmetics, towels, or child-friendly furnishings.

What comes north of your property then? And why do you not get any sun from the west side?

North and south is mountain. From the west we get sun, which is why the terrace and balcony are also oriented there.

Even with the site plan and the previous statements, I cannot see how the design could represent a successful plan. I think you should reconsider from scratch, regardless of the existing design, especially regarding the positioning of the individual rooms, the building, and the access road on the property.
