- Semi-detached house? I don’t understand now, it’s a single-family house floor plan after all

Could you please explain what is not so well implemented so that we have a starting point or is the entire design rubbish, in your opinion? As I said, at first glance I don’t find it all that bad. Of course, I want to change a few things here and there and of course incorporate your tips.

As far as I know, calculations were initially made with 17.5 + WDV.

I am well aware of that, but the two-story building has the dimensions of a typical semi-detached house and in this segment I have already seen much better designs. So a creative mind should also be able to achieve that for your construction project.

Could you please explain what hasn’t been well implemented so one can know where to start or is the entire design rubbish in your opinion?

Everything I could write would be repetitions of what my predecessors have already said; therefore I will refrain from doing so. It also doesn’t really suit my inclination to get involved in floor plan discussions; I have experienced that one usually can only lose doing so. Only the scale of your construction project, which when built surely won’t be cheap, also deserves a design planning commensurate with the price and not a soulless run-of-the-mill plan. Therefore I would actually see starting from scratch as the best option of all.
