Single-family house floor plan - Evaluation

You actually wanted to set the cuts... did you no longer want to or did you forget because there was so much input from elsewhere?

Sorry, I had a lot going on the last few days, but of course I'll still upload the floor plans. I'm always happy to get other people's opinions.

The following changes were passed on to the architects:

EG
separate utility room for washing machine and dryer
guest WC therefore smaller
dining area wider
pantry in the kitchen

OG
bathroom bigger
children's room at least 14-15 m²
parents' dressing room can be smaller

One question about the chimney, should you prefer an internal chimney flue in a new build? Our architect always talks about an externally attached stainless steel pipe. I believe that is only for an existing property where no chimney was planned before. What is your opinion?

...and, most importantly, what about the staircase? Is there now finally a complete representation of it?

It's a matter of taste. For a modern shed roof building, I couldn't choose that. If it can spice up a bare wall, I would opt for an external chimney. A similar question was asked yesterday or the day before :)
