But of course, the statement that you plan the utility room with an exit to the east towards the carport is now confusing. That was not communicated by you before, just as little why and how. Of course, if the house design requires placing utility rooms in the north and the need is to get from the utility rooms to the carport garage, I would place both garages + carport in the north...
You will probably not agree with this opinion either, so I advise you: do not let a house be framed by parking options but rather choose a direction specifically where the precious cars should be parked. What is going on as neighboring development now should be secondary in the front yard/forecourt.
Wasn't it recently written here that garage/carport may also be built outside the building boundary? If you do not trust your architect, then I would inquire at the building authority in your place.
