Power outage on only one phase? I'm not an electrician, but I don't think that's "that simple" ... I am convinced that this was not the cause (without being able to explain it in detail)
I simply don’t know the toilet in detail. However, I can well imagine that the installed electronics do not always work properly when there is or was a failure. I can report an example with an induction stove (touch). There was also a phase failure and the resident wanted to cook something. The display with clock etc. worked completely normally, but the burners did not. After everything was powered again, a burner switched on by itself when a pot was placed on it. Unfortunately, I don’t know what happened after that.
A failure on one phase is not unrealistic at all. You just don’t notice it because usually others are faster and contact the supplier. The rest happens in the background. You don’t even notice the repair of the affected cable. Nowadays, work is usually done under voltage instead of switching off.
What makes me suspicious is just the LED light, which is supposed to always be on.
