Hello,
I just talked on the phone with my acquaintance who was at the building authority today. Now I know a few more details that might shed a bit more light on the situation.
-> The property was divided into three lots many years ago. Two of them are registered in the land register as "building land," the third as "green land."
However, today at the building authority, he was told that the land register entry is irrelevant because according to the development plan (from 1980; which supposedly has not been changed since) the building boundary ends at the other house.
The funny thing is that today on the other side of the street there are three houses which, according to exactly this development plan, should not be there because these areas are designated as green land...
How would you proceed?
