Yes, that was what was mentioned – however, in the text; the drawing seems to be at a different stage. The 15 marked risers at 18.9 (/26) would result in a floor height of 283.5 cm. From my perspective, this step cross-section is at the borderline of comfort. Almost like a row house, thus not really suitable for a single-flight straight staircase.
