With a clear room height of 275 cm = approx. 305 cm floor height
Step measure = 2x rise (305/15=20.3+2=40.6) + 1x tread (would then be only approx. 23 cm) - IDEAL: 63 cm ... would then be a very steep staircase, but would require approx. 345 cm in length
Comfort = tread (23 cm) - rise (20.4 cm) = 2.6 cm --- IDEAL: 12 cm ... hmm ;)
Safety = tread (23 cm) + rise (20.4 cm) = 43.4 cm - IDEAL: 46 cm ... would at least still be within the approximate range.
17 rises: = 17.95 cm rise, plus tread 27.1 cm This results in a staircase length of approx. 480 cm. OR 16 rises: = 19.06 cm rise, plus tread 25 cm This results in a staircase length of approx. 420 cm.
17 rises would be my preferred choice for the ceiling height, definitely not 15 rises.
