I know this post from another forum :) And the people are - I think - right to doubt where the wastewater from the upper toilet is supposed to go. If you look at proper construction drawings, a wastewater pipe is always drawn in. Of course not in brochure drawings. So the location would probably be in the kitchen corner, where the door is (I am an amateur, if I am wrong, then a big sorry in advance!) But then the kitchen door would also have to be moved. And since the staircase with 14? steps may already be very steep, it would have to be relocated toward the living room. I know this program, when an amateur operates it, we work with shell construction dimensions, meaning the screed is not included. Measure your staircase on the plan, I would not plan below 3.80 as an amateur so that a proper construction drawing can come out. Thus, you have to give up some centimeters (certainly 40/50cm) of the living room. And thus also space in the upper rooms. Otherwise, I would also forego a floor-to-ceiling window in the bathroom. Maybe the shower could be swapped with the toilet? The large side windows I would plan more centered on the wall, not placed so dominantly outward, or/and also plan them narrower. That was a statement from an amateur (with a bit of construction knowledge) :)
