Hello everyone,
we are slowly making progress.
A friend who is a farmer has offered us several plots to choose from and sketched them beautifully by hand, since the plan from the municipality still needs to be adjusted.
I tried to represent everything very amateurishly (yes yes, I know) in Excel.
Actually, only two plots are an option for us, which are numbered 1+2 in the sketch.
For number 1, you access the plot via the entrance in the north, and the garden and terrace are located in the south.
Plot number 2 has the entrance in the south. This means the garden and terrace are on the west side. The disadvantage I noticed here is that the garden faces the street.
Basically, we are not extreme sun worshippers, but how does it look in terms of energy?
What argues for/against the plots and the fixed orientations of the houses?
Which plot do you tend to?
Thank you for your ideas!
