Hello Hampshire,

I understand that these are services that the provider has to purchase themselves (or rather, they only mediate, coordinate, accept the items, etc.). It all seems to end up with me, and I also settle the invoices.

What could work better, however, is that I post the (expected) cost overview here and can get feedback on whether the list is complete, whether anything unnecessary is included, and whether the prices are reasonable?

Get an alternative offer for demolition and "Kellerverfüllung". Then you can best see what the situation is.

Incredible.... building a house takes a long time, but you don’t want to know where the costs belong.















The above are NOT counted as ancillary costs, some are called furniture, upgrades, landscaping, etc...
About €51,000 should be deducted now.

So for anyone looking for advice here: this is a plot of land with demolition costs. Therefore about €50,000 ... everything else is nonsense!
