Would you generally go through with a Baisachberständogen? Actually, mor nox really stood out. The only things are the more or less typical issues like the crack between the wall and the sloping roof (see photo), a crack in the basement that was repaired some time ago, and a larger patched area in the hobby room of the basement (see photos)

…you mean to focus on one object…I actually think the main focus is indeed on the terraced house. I’m the only one in the family who still hesitates a bit. The larger plot with the semi-detached house is also attractive, of course. However, I thought placing a bid on both would increase the chances.

It does. The elephant just trusts its gut feeling more than mathematics ;)

Yes... but mathematics is logical. However, gut feeling is sometimes also correct. What I still wanted to ask. The heating is in a [Technikraum] on the upper floor. Isn't that a bit unusual? I am more familiar with it being in the basement. It is a gas heating system.

In other words, the election result of the family council is: You are outvoted.

Energy follows attention - not mathematics. Being both dead and alive at the same time only creates Schrödinger's cat.

No garage at all or at least a carport is already a weakness, in my opinion.
Completely unnecessary for cars, but for bicycles, bike trailers, scooters, car tires, jacks, etc., ground-level storage space is very practical. You can get to the garden without having to go through the house, and can you build a larger shed there?
An expert can be arranged, but if you have already seen a few houses and it’s dry and doesn’t smell strange, it’s not essential in my opinion.

Definitely submit for both offers; in the current market, anything else would be crazy.
