Room thermostats/actuators for underfloor heating

I understand you already. What do you want to leave out? Just the drives and the thermostats?

As I said, it simply seems illogical to me that they are mandatory but the subsidy does not require them. But it is possible.

Economic efficiency does not play a role in our case since we will not have traditional thermostats. We will implement the EER using KNX. The components for that would be there anyway. Edit: because strictly speaking, the ERR is mandatory and not the thermostats.

Is there actually a market for used ones? Theoretically, a few people should come up with the idea to buy [ERR] and actuators used at a cheaper price and sell them again after a year when the subsidy is over (virtually unused, since disconnected). It would be an idea to establish an exchange circle there...

Right. I calculated it and it comes to about 2000 euros that could be saved that way.

Well, they hardly cost anything new anyway and are usually included when having a house built. So a market only exists among DIY builders.
