No, I mean into the pool, if you put an attachment on it - is there a staircase and if so, what should it look like? The only thing I could imagine would be a spiral staircase (?)

For that, as you rightly say, a staircase is intended at the beginning, since the construction is not meant to take up the entire length but is built to close off towards the window front at the back and leaves a "forecourt" about 1 meter long and 3 meters wide at the front, which then provides space for the "descent." You could get onto the roof via a spiral staircase or a regular ladder, it's only about half a meter.

That will then not be a staircase but a ladder. Alternatively, just use a fireman's pole.

The pool looks tiny. The "house" inside the house even smaller, the door has to open inward... On top, Hobbits can chill.

Since you don't want to discuss the sensibility of the whole thing:
Ok. Uh... Interesting project!

To explain the "Chill Area." Something like this would be built on top, and on the visible wall, the lamps would be removed and a screen would be screwed to the wall or a roller screen would be mounted to the ceiling.

The roof of the "house" provides the mount for the projector.
Hope you understand our vision a little better now.

Everything understandable, I just think you have to understand the entire vision of the room. For example, the walls are supposed to be covered with red carpet and the braces on the double ceiling dismantled and possibly LED panels screwed to the remaining support structure according to the "starry sky" principle.

The size is not a problem, it results in a room about 5m long and 3m wide. You can’t play soccer in it, but it doesn’t have to fit an orchestra since only electronic music is created there, which is known to be done with a computer and 1-2 interfaces and monitors.

The studio has to be built in there one way or another.

And honestly, it really has something cool about it, doesn’t it?
