We are fully aware of this, but the carpet will go there anyway, no matter where the studio is located :).
Of course, we are not structural engineers, but we had imagined the setup as follows. Six supporting columns with 3 crossbeams and 2 longitudinal beams on top. Since these are not embedded into the foundation, the structure will probably require these crossbeams on the ground as well. Hopefully, someone else knows what kind of wood to use. The raised floor and ceiling could be made of solid plywood panels, with the walls being thinner. We had hoped to learn here how to create a safe and level surface without having to break all the tiles out of the pool. The atmosphere should definitely say, "Yes, you are standing in a pool here."
We need to set a budget for the project and thought you could help us with your experience regarding exactly who we need to contact and what costs might arise. The whole thing may seem aimless and wasteful, but we are an ambitious team and want to distinguish ourselves from the competition in every area. We believe that this project, if feasible, will definitely contribute to that.
