Roof shape for a bungalow

Hello,

we are currently planning a bungalow, approximately 15 meters long and 10 meters wide.

Does anyone know which roof shape is usually (i.e., everything above the ceiling slab) cost-effective? For example, a gable roof or a hip roof? Solar, etc. on the roof is not an issue.
The attic would be used, as is common, for storage and for housing a [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung].

A hip roof will certainly be more expensive as it is a more complex construction compared to a gable roof. But it also looks better. Most bungalows simply have a gable roof.

Don't most bungalows even have a tent roof or a variant resembling a tent roof with a ridge if it is not square or L-shaped?

True, when I drive through the new development areas here, most have a gable roof, you're right... I had only considered the corresponding ascending walls in terms of costs, but when I think about how much work they have with cutting, etc. on the hip roof and the extra facing bricks...

Mono-pitched roof, flat roof... everything is possible, nothing is mandatory ;) also depends on the [B.Plan].

Whereas I find that aesthetically, for a bungalow, a flat hip roof or pyramid roof is the only thing that still looks somewhat acceptable.
