About €5,000 with a bit of flair :-) We get the doors from Poland 8-)

Do you coordinate that with your future neighbors? I think these deliberately different semi-detached houses always convey a "We couldn't stand each other even during the construction phase" message.

Trend maybe, but apart from white/light gray, it is really difficult for a builder to choose outside this mainstream, as it is often associated with considerable additional costs.
