Well... 150 euros/sqm can mean anything and nothing. In our town, that's the price for the industrial area.
But it has to be worth it to you.
What is important with photovoltaics and what you need to find out beforehand is whether the photovoltaic contract can even be taken over! The remuneration back then was 45 cents, today only 12 cents.
But there are experts in another quite blue forum with photovoltaics in the name.
If you can't take over the contract, 2700 euros quickly becomes 800 euros.
In the exposé, it doesn't look like an industrial area ;-)
You have to clarify the contract beforehand, but I think it should be possible.
Otherwise, you can surely arrange it so that the contract continues to run under the old owner and the remuneration is offset in the purchase price.
At the notary, you can agree on almost EVERYTHING...
