There are just too many factors to expect anything meaningful.

E.g. Help Help he built over 6-7 years ago. Back then a house and a plot probably cost half of what they do today.
So no problem having 30 and more equity or using only 20% of your income.

Or what does it help you to know it is healthy to use only 35% of your salary if you now only have 2000 net... you will never be finished. Conversely, if you earn 10k net, 20% is little etc.

Or someone has 0 equity but pays 50% of net income but lives in Munich.

7 years in the profession, but lived very well... traveling, marriage, 2 children, horse, dog,... just no inheritance or other sources of money... but of course quite good income and by no means built at the limit.

I find the high equity ratios amazing anyway. I don’t know anyone in our area who managed to build all-inclusive under 500k, rather significantly above that, which means 30% equity plus ancillary costs easily around 200k, or more for more expensive houses... OK, you can save that up, but then our kids would be out of the best garden and new development area advantage age.

The rules of thumb I wrote don't come out of nowhere. However, you hear that it is no longer considered state-of-the-art nowadays. Therefore, here is the survey. The % rate for the annuity should be calculated in such a way that the loan is then fully repaid.

The % numbers, as already mentioned, do not mean anything at all.

I understand what you mean, but I am not expecting the % rate. I wanted to hear how much value is still placed on these numbers. Because for me, it is the cornerstone of secure financing. And so far, all users have followed both guideline values or were able to compensate a poor value with a very good one. Everywhere there is advertising for 100% financing, but who really does that?!
