Realistic basement costs?

In my opinion, giving up the basement doesn’t make sense either. Maybe you save 50,000 euros at first, but then I need a room for the heating above ground (about 12 sqm) and at least one large storage room. That's how I quickly spend 40,000 euros more on the enlarged house. We wouldn't be able to store our stuff without a basement, so it simply has to be a basement.

We have calculated this exactly, and the combination of a large utility room + utility room on the 2nd floor + attic as usable space is significantly cheaper. For us, about 65%.

With us 11x9, white tank including earthworks approx. 40,000 €. We have gravel and the unused remainder is picked up for free by the local gravel plant. However, not much will be left over because we still use the gravel as a base (frost protection) for the yard and garage. The space offered by a basement is hardly feasible above ground. For a comparatively small house like ours, we needed a basement for a large office and utility room. And personally, I just don't like having all the technology upstairs.

only 40000 euros? Is that a long time ago? We also cannot do without a basement, we simply need the space.

that is really cheap. You certainly didn't drive away the soil and then have it delivered back for filling, did you?

can you tell me how expensive a basement (construction type white tank) including earthworks is approximately?
The basement will be a pure utility basement, level floor, completely underground and about 10 x 10 meters in size. Are there approximate reference values?

That should be approximately around TEUR 55 including backfilling, as far as the excavation is reusable.
