How many cm should be calculated for what goes on top of the raw floor? So underfloor heating, screed, tiles, ....

Our parapet heights are specified in the plan with an accuracy of 5mm. The pre-planned screed thicknesses have not been adhered to that precisely (one reason is mentioned above). And then the covering is applied, which can also vary in thickness. From my point of view, this is only consistent - yes, at least in the case of a single-family house where the client likes to make changes to decisions until the very end.

That varies. 20 cm is a good approximation but can easily be +/- 4 cm.

The architect should also have made sections showing heights, not just floor plans. Tolerances cannot be inferred from individual or even half centimeter measurements!!! - do not order the kitchen before actual measurements can be taken, and certainly do not fix the magical triangle floor - countertop - window installation in advance!

Consistently wrong, which leads to many problems commonly seen in single-family home construction. The absolute standard, and clear to every apprentice, is to first set a reference measure 1 m above the finished floor level to which everyone can refer. According to your logic, there would be absolute confusion here. As another example, "carpenter doors" have standard heights; if I later raise the screed by 3 cm, first the lintels have to be broken away. , it would be interesting to see the plans on which the construction is based, not the builder's sketches. Or simply the sections. The dimensions don't really make sense, as they are actually too large or too small.

The images may be a bit confusing. Here again is the kitchen in the architect's plan:

How are the +1.06 to be understood here? In the living rooms it says +1.00.
