Attached are pictures of the wall again. I cannot see any cracks in the clinker.

The beams will be extended inward. This will create more space to insulate sufficiently. Later, windproofing should be adequate with a vapor barrier.

As mentioned regarding the roof:

Roof tiles
Battens
Insulation (with about 20 cm space to the battens) between the rafters
Cross battens in maximum (tolerable) thickness
Insulation again in between
Vapor barrier
Gypsum board

I would actually use OSB 3 boards instead of the vapor barrier first, but it depends on the roof structure and the load-bearing capacity. It will definitely be windproof. Personally, I would use stone wool as the material, as it offers slightly better heat protection due to its mass.
To me, the roof basically does not look damaged or damp. But I am also just an amateur.

As for the interior insulation, as mentioned, an expert is needed. Based on gut feeling, I would probably prefer wood fiber mats and clay plaster. However, I cannot say whether that is advisable regarding the dew point, etc. Moreover, of course, that is not really the cheap solution.

Good morning,

I have consulted the structural engineer again.
Roof insulation as follows:
Double up the rafters and insert at least 20cm of mineral wool WLG35, with a minimum 4cm gap to the battens for ventilation. Then a vapor barrier sd>=100, followed by battens and plasterboard.
Wall insulation also with 4cm ventilation, at least 14cm mineral wool WLG35, and a vapor barrier sd>=100. Supply air for the ventilation from the inside via [Schattenfuge] and exhaust air through the panels or the roof ridge.

Mineral wool is strongly recommended as it does not rot if it gets wet.
As far as I am concerned, everything is clear and in the next few days I will start doubling up the rafters. I still have to look at the execution of the [Schattenfuge] in detail.
