Attached are pictures of the wall again. I cannot see any cracks in the clinker.

The beams will be extended inward. This will create more space to insulate sufficiently. Later, windproofing should be adequate with a vapor barrier.
when I see the pictures of the roof, simply putting insulation in between is not enough. First, the roof is in bad condition (you can partially see through, semi-circular beams...) and second, the achievable insulation thickness is too low and third, something windproof should be installed under the roof panels. Depending on what kinds of rooms are to be created and how much money is available, planning can be done.
