Rational drawer with push to open

Hi,

same object, next question.

Faktum base cabinets each with 3 RAtionell drawers. These have the soft-close function.

Now I have the problem that the countertop is too narrow and the handles would stick out.
Since it is a cooking peninsula, I can’t push the countertop further over the front either.

My idea was to equip the drawers with push-to-open closures. Then I could have the countertop flush with the front. Holes for the handles have not been drilled yet. So that would be possible. I could then sell the soft-close runners.

What options do I have?
Is there anything from Ikea or external?

You have to try that. If the tension springs are stronger than those of the UTRUSTA push-to-open door openers, it obviously won't work. The damping together with the openers makes no sense at all.

Blum now offers drawers that have both functions built in, called Tipp-ON BLUMOTION.

Do the Tipp on Blumotion guides fit into the Rationell drawers?

No, the drawer must then be completely replaced, only the front can be used.
