I am always amazed at what money is thrown away during construction. But woe if there are 5m2 more living space or the flooring costs 35 instead of 25€/m2.

Guys, you always imagine it so simply, "excavator for a hundred" etc... believe me, we also have such a "candidate" here, over there everything is chaotic because everything is supposed to run better/cheaper in supposed self-management. I prefer to plan more generously from the start and thus experience no surprises and have an invoice and warranty for everything.

It starts with digging the hole – do you bring the 5 double-axle loads of soil to the landfill? Do you assemble the soakaway professionally – you get it in individual parts to be put together! I can reassure you, this wasn’t done with us by 2 men in 2 days, nor by the neighbors’ civil engineers!
