TV in the bathroom: Yes, you need the more expensive "waterproof" ones. Not because of splashing water, but because of water vapor, which is much more deadly. A normal TV can also handle it, I know of 1-2 years, maybe they can last 3 sometimes, camping devices can perform a little better.

I find them nicely hidden behind mirror surfaces.

I am planning to place a small Bluetooth speaker (e.g. soundlink mini), and an iPod hidden somewhere. The whole thing is then operated purely by voice control. And it doesn’t cost a fortune.

I am buying a very cheap TV, it can break ten times before I get the overpriced Splash-TV

While I follow this discussion here (forcedly), I admittedly feel unbearably old ... and yet I am only in my mid-50s; media-wise in the middle of my life. Watching TV in the bathroom? Where is current society headed ...? I already fall asleep with the projector in the bedroom

Rhenish greetings

I offer you my hand - but only when dutifully reading the thread, not when feeling old
I just wonder where this is all going... TV in the bathroom, discard and renew...
And I ask myself if my grandparents also felt the same way when mobile phones and the like started.

That's just how a generational change is - the older ones usually don't understand it, the younger ones laugh at the old... and in the end, the circle closes again.

Of course, having a TV in the bathroom is insanely bad . The end of the civilized world is near - Jehoooova.
