Yes, but that would then be a centralized controlled residential ventilation system.

Ok, central, we did not want it for cost reasons and some other disadvantages.. The advantages are of course obvious. Wanted to know if there is such a decentralized system with those features.

A centralized controlled residential ventilation system should not be much more expensive than €6500. Few wall penetrations fundamentally clash with the nature of decentralized systems. However, there are plenty of effective ones, and noise is a matter of perception.

Depending on where you live in Hesse, you might want to consider a trip to Berlin (you can combine it with a short vacation ).
There is a pretty good ventilation office there where you can listen to 4 or 5 different decentralized systems installed in actual conditions.
We found the consultation there to be very good and insightful, and although we live on the other side of Germany, we then ordered our decentralized system there (of course, only when we needed it).
Of course, they will also create a ventilation concept and a cost estimate for you based on your plans (we received this by email).
In my opinion, no one can answer your questions exactly here, because everyone also has a subjective perception (e.g., regarding noise).

A central system costs more than twice as much (around 15,000€). Of course, the house must be completely connected with ventilation ducts over all floors (leading from the utility room). Yes, the wall penetrations are indeed a conflict.

Yes, that sounds interesting, but Berlin is not around the corner—500 km have to be planned ahead. Is there such a center closer by? Otherwise, you just have to pack your bags...

Well, most offer that as a self-assembly kit, which I am not very convinced of, since the warranty issue becomes difficult again.

I assume the offers are in the range I already mentioned here!?
