Quiet decentralized ventilation for new single-family house

SO, more than a year has now passed with the decentralized fans.
First tip: Definitely buy the recently available Silent series. They are really very quiet.

Which quiet (!) heat exchanger would fit into the existing 18 cm opening? I would at least like to replace the one in the bedroom. It should ideally be inaudible.
