From now on, I can't help further because I don't have an HK distributor on hand at the moment. Normally, opening and closing works via the actuators. However, our heating specialist left me some caps so that opening and closing can also be done manually in case of emergency. I've never fiddled with them because everything has worked smoothly so far, and I would rather not do it since that would probably ruin the hydraulic balancing.
