Hello,
according to the development plan, our 570sqm plot has a floor area ratio of 0.3.
So we are allowed to build 171sqm of it.
If I understand correctly, you are allowed to exceed this number up to a maximum of 0.8 for a carport/garage.
So I would be allowed to build a maximum of 216.6sqm including garage, tool shed, garden shed, etc.?
Does the roof overhang count as well?
Is that correct?
I am asking because a 6m x 9m garage/carport already has 54sqm and then not much would be left for a bungalow.
