In my opinion, it is actually the fault of the general contractor or their site manager; there is a reason why the association for surface heating has issued an information sheet called Schnittstellen Koordination Flächen/Fußbodenheizung [interface coordination surface/floor heating].

In the area of underfloor heating, three trades come together: screed layers, heating engineers, and floor finishers, whether that be the painter or tiler.

And here, a site manager or general contractor should actually ensure that the trades work hand in hand for their overall construction.

In the worst case, everyone has tunnel vision and thinks or relies on the other. And that is despite the fact that each of them has more or less the requirements in their own trade-related standards, guidelines, or installation instructions.

Hi

If I read this correctly so far, protective sleeves are installed in the door areas.
Not in the angled living-dining room. If the heating circuit now runs through the joint, rework will be twice as much fun and in my opinion makes even less sense.

yes, for me it’s about the angled dining and kitchen area where there is no protective conduit. In the doors, protective conduit has been used. The joint runs basically from the edge of the wall next to the right door across to the left towards the outer wall where the Euro pallet is hanging on the wall (there where the red dot is above the edge insulation strip).

most of the heating pipes lie to the right and left beside the joint but the red clouded areas cross the joint. And regardless of the fact that it’s a nonsense job, is it okay to fix this or how sensible or nonsensical the whole thing is, it certainly can’t be a free pass to do wrong, incomplete or only half of the work or can it? After all, I am also charged for complete and thorough work.

I agree with . No worries, nothing will happen. Try to get a 500,- devaluation and that's it!

Hi

talked with my brother last night 10 years plumber 7 years leak detection no damage case known in this area.

If damage is almost ruled out and only a few cents are missing in the receivable amount, then why 500 euros?
