The designation is on the pipes themselves, you can check it in the HKV. With that and the installation guidelines, you have something in black and white.

For me, the manufacturer of the underfloor heating components is Firma Schütz, it also says so in the manual... Just now the site manager called and requested the photos from me or of the heating circuits. It will now probably be checked by the Technical Manager of the main contractor and the screed layer... Quote from the phone call but normally nothing happens there...

Yes sure, normally nothing happens there. But the installation instructions are not just there for no reason.

As I said, I will not be satisfied with these casual answers. But I find it shocking that it seems to be common practice to forget such a trivial protective conduit, where the 50-meter roll probably only costs 20€.
