In our area, there is often only one-sided house development. The municipality doesn't need to invest anything more. This also closes gaps in the development in the village. In smaller communities, this also stops depopulation. The municipalities act against > rural exodus.

Especially when I see what the city offers for 150 to 170 euros per square meter. A previous writer mentioned earlier that the market situation is currently tailored to many prospective builders looking for a small plot with little or no equity to somehow be able to build. The real estate agent confirmed this to me, and the city is also prepared for it. As for the work, I am not a federal civil servant but a state civil servant. Even a transfer to Kassel for career reasons would be unlikely, and even if it happened: then there would be separation allowance from the state so I can afford a small apartment during the week. The notary appointment is next week, and when such an important event is approaching, you question everything once again.
