Proof of Payment BAFA Funding

Hello everyone,

I have applied for funding at BAFA and now have to upload all the proof, meaning the invoices from the craftsmen and the proof of payment.

Is this PDF, which can be saved during the online transfer, sufficient as proof? It says “Überweisung wurde durchgeführt” on it, with recipient, amount, etc. Is that okay?
Or do you need the entire bank statement?
Why all this, actually? Couldn't they just check with the craftsman or the tax office? Everything is proven there, etc.

Oh really, do you have to provide proof of payment for that? Just make a bank statement and black out the rest. I didn’t provide proof of payment, but I was still part of the 2020 program.

I also don't know that I uploaded a payment confirmation back then, but just upload the PDF you mentioned and that's fine. At least with other authorities, I have never had any problems with proofs of this kind.

Seriously? How are they supposed to verify that payment was made at all? Then the craftsman could just issue some high invoice? I thought you had to provide proof?

The craftsman has to pay taxes on it The craftsman therefore gains nothing if you pay less than what is stated on the invoice. Apart from the fact that it would be subsidy fraud. No one takes that risk.

Well, how are they supposed to verify that if they don't even want a proof of payment. Lol
