Offers and invoices are nowadays typically created with the same tool. That means if the offer is already so unqualified, the invoice will be just as slapdash later. If you still want to use this provider anyway, I would, in your place, have the note "the materials used correspond to the parts list Appendix A" added to the offer, meaning then you staple your shopping list to it and he signs and stamps it as well. Or not – then the order goes elsewhere.

That is why I first need exactly this list.
The bathroom showroom also does not want to give it to me because they have no contractual relationship with me.

Now I'm at a loss. I thought I understood that this list was compiled by you, that is the sum of your sampling activities (?) So I fear it comes down to you having to do that again and then write it down yourself - otherwise the bathroom builder (rightfully "by law") will install "something or equivalent." Why do you sample without documenting "what"? - I only know it with a smartphone at hand, "click" on the tile, "click" on the price tag with the model name ...

Because the exhibition neither lists item names nor prices, but you go through it with a consultant who takes notes and passes them on to the craftsman, who then buys from him.

Sounds like socialism in a utopian novel.

Doesn't sound surprising, it was always like that for us as well. The only difference was that the plumber then gave us an offer with model numbers - what the plumber is doing here of course is not acceptable at all.
