I think you should explain it to him like that and then follow through. Otherwise, you won't be happy.

Do you mean by the listing the exact designation of the bathtub, e.g.? We received an exact list in which the desired model was specified with item number and surcharge. I don't quite understand, with everything you buy you get an exact designation stated on the offer, how else should you know what you are getting and have paid for?

Best regards
Sabine

Hello Sabine,

exactly! I see it the same way!
He doesn't even want to separate labor time + article.

Okay. Then the only help is to threaten!

Yes, well, I think it's okay that the working hours are not listed.

Do you really have only a total sum and nothing else?

I have different items: shower fittings, toilet fittings, bathtub fittings, washbasin fittings. But it does me no good if I can't decide modularly whether to take the same thing in every bathroom or just the cheaper stuff in the smaller one. That's why I need: Article 1-n including [Artikelnummer] Costs for labor etc. just to create transparency is indispensable.

Hello, I don't know how scarce the craftsmen are with you. In some places, they can unfortunately get away with anything. But if I don't like them, I just buy elsewhere. And if they get really cheeky, I take the whole trade out of the overall offer and contract it myself. It was no problem with the developer for us, as long as it was an isolated case.
