Then write down your experiences instead of definitely devaluing something!
The OP asked whether it also works without concrete – you can gladly share your experiences so that the OP can draw their own conclusions. Or you report hearsay.
Your answer here should have added value.

Off topic: As a user, you have dished out a lot in the past when it came to false statements.
I cannot deny that you know more about house construction than others – judging is not for me, since I myself am not exactly among the all-knowing regarding technology and such.

But dishing out also sometimes means taking it – especially when you think you have to start whining in every thread without added value, just because your own knowledge is not currently being requested.

Several years ago, we had privacy screens made of Bangkirai installed in the garden of our current house by a landscape gardener (I could actually have done it myself). He only used driven sleeves - without concrete. Nothing wobbles and the elements are exceptionally heavy. If someone ever wants to dig them up, they will have a lot of work with it. But maybe it also depends on the soil.

Dear Yvonne, having a bad day today? I am not lashing out at all - if someone takes corrections as lashing out just because there isn't a smiley everywhere, then I actually feel sorry for that person.

If I am wrong, I have no problem admitting it.

My problem is being rudely approached out of the blue - if someone really feels the need to clarify something personally, they can gladly do that via private message.

You snapped at me in a general way, and even after asking, it apparently just came across as undigested - sorry, but you can do better than that.

Have a wonderful day from someone who was, is, and will always remain a complete construction layman.

So I was at the hardware store today and looked at the spikes - that should fit. 6.3 m need to be covered. The idea: hazelnut woven privacy screen elements in 1.2 m x 1.8 m (high) 70er post, element, 70er post, element, 70er post, element, 70er post, element, 70er post, element, 70er post = ~ 6.5 m - or am I making a mistake? What I'm not quite sure about is whether they are really that opaque... we would also plant a few bushes against it.
