Price house with approx. 300m², nice furnishings?

this is my first post, and I hope I won't get torn apart here for this "stupid" question

I bought a plot of land this year (950m²) and want to build a nice house on it in 2015. Not a prefabricated house, but a house designed by the architect who also built my company.

I have a girlfriend with 3 kids, so we need space....and I want to have a large living room, a nice bathroom too. It should also have a hip roof, a bit of a Mediterranean style, 2 floors.

Now, these details are VERY SPARSE, I know, and I already have an appointment with the architect, but he is very busy and will get back to me when he has time (it's not urgent anyway, there are still gooood 2 years), but maybe someone can tell me approximately what such a house costs! Excluding outdoor facilities....

These facts / wishes I have:

approx. 300m²
custom designed
high-end fittings in any case
nice / luxurious bathroom
hip roof
double garage

I think you don't need to consider anything under 500,000

We requested a quote for a brick double garage with a gable roof. It was priced at €30,000.
Per square meter, you can calculate from €1,500 up to €18,000.
A luxury bathroom can cost you anywhere from €10,000 to €50,000 depending on the fittings.

We are building 145 sqm, so roughly half, for just under €270,000 for the house only. And there is definitely no luxury bathroom included
However, it is a prefabricated house. Maybe this information helps to estimate the effort a bit.

From the gut, I would guess a sum of €600,000. But maybe [Bauexperte] has more precise figures

Thank you very much in advance! I'm also looking for a "ballpark figure," I want to spend 650,000-700,000 euros... just wondering if that's enough? Including architect...? And a really nice bathroom and other "nice-to-haves"...

well, everything you want to know can be much better assessed by your architect. A forum is the wrong place for such a general inquiry. As always, there are no upper price limits. I think what you will get here are minimum prices, but probably only estimates, since very few people build in that size range. and if they do, such builders rarely hang around in forums to get tips. They leave it to the architect.

Only one question comes to mind: Is the cleaning lady also included in the additional costs? I really think the architect is the best contact person, not the forum.

I am also meeting with the architect; it could have been that someone here knows approximately how much such a house costs! The construction is still a ways off, but I just want to get some information beforehand. I think I will definitely have more questions and ask them here before the construction starts, but for now, the priority is setting / calculating the construction budget!
