Price for terrace roofing - sloped roof powder-coated

Hello,

we would like a terrace roof and have the following ideas:

- mono-pitched roof
- approx. 9.0 m wide and 4.5 m deep
- powder-coated aluminum (e.g. from TS Aluminium or similar manufacturer)
- folding glass doors on the left and right
- with shading system
- a few lighting spots

What price range would we probably be looking at (including installation)?

Since the dimensions are beyond the usual online configurations, no idea, but certainly well into five figures.

At our place, there are at least four flyers from some patio roof sellers in various newspapers in the mailbox every month.

I think this way you will get the fastest somewhat realistic cost estimate. It probably won’t take 30 minutes.

What exactly is desired? First a roof made of aluminum, then suddenly with shading (?) and then with folding glass doors, i.e. otherwise closed with glass? Sounds like a cold conservatory with upscale equipment. 20-25K€ should be gone quickly for that size.

I would also guess over 20000. We have some providers in the area... and the size is not insignificant either. In NDS, you also need a building permit for that.

Aluminum refers to posts and beams. Roof = glass.

In NDS, a building permit is also required for this.

Also here, but not in the present case, as it is a replacement. There is already a patio roof.

So actually more like a cold conservatory, enclosed with glass on all sides with folding glass doors? Definitely 20 in size, I’m rather thinking of 25. In the south of the country probably more like 30.
