Hello!
I am currently completely refurnishing my apartment and will probably buy furniture worth about 15,000 euros at Ikea. (Faktum kitchen, Pax system, bathroom furniture, and Mandal bed, Besta living room and study, etc.)
Since I am often in Slovakia, I recently took a catalog with me. At home I noticed that the same furniture is about 10 to 20% cheaper there, with high-gloss fronts from Faktum and Besta even about 40%.
The price difference in kitchen appliances is also particularly noticeable; the dishwasher, oven, and cooktop each cost 100 EUR less per device, so about 25%.
I am seriously considering borrowing the truck from my company and taking a 350 km trip. Or does anyone believe or can explain that the quality there is different?
Best regards,
fleptin
