Price? City villa 158 m², KfW70, KS+WDVS, "upscale" fittings

Just saw it - is that a Camina fireplace? We decided on the S14 - do you have the exposed concrete look? Could you take a photo of it for me again?

It's a Contura something from Sweden. Looks like concrete but is soapstone. The picture is just okay because I like it on vacation but later

Was 530k the total price including the land? If yes, approximately what was the total price for the house alone? We are planning a similar size and features roughly as you described before. Thank you!

so 530K was the turnkey price (higher standard equipment!). We used about 150K more for special requests etc. (However, the equipment is now very high quality).
Land portion about 250T€ (
End terraced house including developer surcharge etc. 430T€

150k for special requests? May I ask what that means? Waterfall in the living room?

We do not have any water damage in the living room

Roughly:

Fireplace with flue: 15K

[*]Approximately 130m² oak parquet 15mm solid hand oiled twice approx. 15K,
[*]Interior doors 220 cm style element currently flush closing with Griffwerk handles approx. 10K
[*]Bathrooms, e.g.: Walk-in 120x90, Dornbracht, etc. approx. 20K surcharge
[*]Fiber fleece including Q3, instead of textured wallpaper approx. 12K. Design wallpapers in certain areas. A roll easily costs 80€.....
[*]Kitchen approx. 30K
[*]Surcharge for interior staircase (instead of box tube frame) ground floor closed upper floor flat steel stringer, approx. 7K
[*]Electrical extras. All blinds electrically operated including control also roof windows, Gira E2 instead of standard, empty conduits, + 35 additional Schuko sockets, all switches with push-button function, partly LED Schuko sockets, Siemens alarm system approx. 8K
[*]Dry construction: 10K extra: open roof gallery instead of suspended ceiling, all joints worked flush parallel (no offsets etc. anymore) Q4 skimmed

And lots of small stuff that adds up
